Who turns 19 today?

I am not sure who but whoever she is, she sure will have a great celebration. I wish her a lot of presents, good health and happiness. That, she stays sweet and will continue to study hard and finish her nursing although I heard, how much she complaints about it a lot.

Do you guess now? Who's birthday is it? I wonder.....
